The uninspired and the jaded say that nothing happens in the District of Columbia. Unfurnished is a grisly tale of urban life as lived by the maladjusted tenants of the Serling apartment building. Six short stories climax into one strange tale in Billups Allen’s first writing effort. Unfurnished was published in 2003 by the now defunct Schematics Press. The last copies are available here.
